Mont. Code § 80-11-519
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
A person who violates any provision of this part is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined an amount not less than $25 or more than $1,000. All fines collected must be deposited as provided in 80-11-518.
