Section 76-16-318 - Unlawful recovery of trespassing livestock

Any person taking or rescuing from the possession of a state district or an agent of a state district any animal taken up and impounded pursuant to 76-16-310 through 76-16-317 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $200.
