Section 75-1-314 - Reporting requirements(1) The departments of environmental quality, agriculture, and natural resources and conservation shall report to the council in accordance with 5-11-210 the following natural resource and environmental compliance and enforcement information: (a) the activities and efforts taking place to promote compliance assistance and education;(b) the size and description of the regulated community and the estimated proportion of that community that is in compliance;(c) the number, description, method of discovery, and significance of noncompliances, including those noncompliances that are pending; and(d) a description of how the department has addressed the noncompliances identified in subsection (1)(c) and a list of the noncompliances left unresolved.(2) When practical, reporting required in subsection (1) should include quantitative trend information.Amended by Laws 2021, Ch. 261,Sec. 98, eff. 4/20/2021.En.
