Section 7-7-2257 - Registration of bonds(1) When executed by the officers of the county, the bonds must be registered by the county treasurer before being delivered to the purchaser.(2) The registration must show: (a) the date of issue, the maturities of the bonds subject to early redemption and the redemption dates, and the date when the bonds become due; and(b) the amount of all payments of both principal and interest required on each bond, with the dates when the payments must be paid.En.
