Section 7-6-2114 - Inspection of treasurer's books and records(1) The books, accounts, and vouchers of the treasurer are at all times subject to the inspection and examination of the board of county commissioners and the grand jury.(2) The treasurer shall permit the department of administration and county clerk or the board of county commissioners to examine the treasurer's books and count the money in the treasury when they wish to make an examination or counting.(1)En.
