Section 7-4-3006 - Limitation on number of deputy district court clerksThe number of deputies allowed the clerk of the district court may not exceed one chief deputy and up to:
(1) six deputies in counties having a taxable valuation of $30 million or more;(2) four deputies in counties having a taxable valuation of $15 million or more and less than $30 million and having more than one district judge;(3) two deputies in counties having a taxable valuation of $15 million or more and less than $30 million and having one district judge;(4) one deputy in counties having a taxable valuation of less than $15 million.En.
