Mont. Code § 7-4-2112
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The board of county commissioners has jurisdiction and power, under such limitations and restrictions as are prescribed by law, to adopt a seal for the board. A description and impression thereof must be filed by the clerk in the offices of the county clerk and the secretary of state.
