Section 7-21-3302 - Acquisition of property for establishment and maintenance of public markets

The boards of county commissioners within Montana may acquire by purchase, lease, construction, or otherwise suitable grounds, buildings, and quarters for the establishing, conducting, operating, and maintaining of a public market open to the farmers, gardeners, and actual producers of farm products within their respective counties.
