Section 7-2-4810 - Jurisdiction of municipality to levy tax to pay existing indebtedness

For the purpose of levying any tax or assessment necessary for the collection of any of the indebtedness specified in 7-2-4809, the territory so excluded shall be and remain under the jurisdiction of such city or town.
