Section 7-2-2406 - Filing of transcribed records

All records so transcribed, when certified to as being full, complete, and correct, shall be delivered to the county clerk and recorder of the segregated county, shall be filed in the office of the county clerk and recorder of such segregated county, and shall thereupon become and be a part of the records of such county.
