Section 7-15-4304 - Presumption of regularity of bond issuance

In a suit, action, or proceeding involving the validity or enforceability of or security for any bond issued under Title 7, chapter 15, part 42, and this part, a bond reciting in substance that it has been issued by the local government or municipality in connection with an urban renewal project or targeted economic development district project is conclusively considered to have been issued for that purpose and the project is conclusively considered to have been planned, located, and carried out in accordance with the provisions of Title 7, chapter 15, part 42, and this part.
