Mont. Code § 61-8-724
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
A person convicted of a violation of 61-8-326 shall be punished upon conviction by imprisonment for a period of not more than 6 months or by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $500 or by both fine and imprisonment.
