Section 61-3-346 - County motor vehicle computer committee(1) There is a county motor vehicle computer committee.(2) The committee is allocated to the department of justice for administrative purposes only as provided in 2-15-121.(3) The committee consists of: (a) an employee of the department of justice information technology division, appointed by the attorney general;(b) two county treasurers, appointed by the Montana county treasurers association; and(c) two employees of the department of justice, appointed by the attorney general.Amended by Laws 2023, Ch. 365,Sec. 26, eff. 10/1/2023.En.
