Section 61-3-112 - Motor vehicle division administration state special revenue account(1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund established by 17-2-102 to be known as the motor vehicle division administration account.(2) Administrative fees collected on behalf of the motor vehicle division pursuant to 61-3-111 must be deposited in the account.(3) Fees collected pursuant to 61-3-321(2) and (7) are deposited in this account.Added by Laws 2017, Ch. 384,Sec. 4, eff. 7/1/2017.
