Section 61-2-506 - Rulemaking authority(1) The department shall adopt rules necessary for the administration of this part.(2) The rules must include but are not limited to:(a) the weighting of the criteria listed in 61-2-504 for scoring purposes;(b) allowable reasons for not awarding a grant;(c) the appeal process for an emergency medical service provider that does not receive a grant; and(d) reporting requirements for grant recipients.En.
