Section 60-11-202 - Southern amtrak route account(1) There is a southern amtrak route account in the state special revenue fund. Money deposited in the account must be used for an engineering and operating study by amtrak of a rail passenger route across southern Montana. The department of transportation shall administer the account.(2) The department may accept gifts, grants, or donations for the engineering and operating study.En. Sec. 1, Ch. 208, L. 2001.
