Section 53-4-611 - Child-care assistanceWithin available funding, the department may provide child-care assistance to:
(1) all families receiving cash assistance if child care is necessary to allow the parent to engage in paid employment; and(2) families receiving cash assistance if child care is necessary to allow either or both parents to engage in the activities required by an individual responsibility plan.Amended by Laws 2019, Ch. 41,Sec. 24, eff. 7/1/2019.En.
