Mont. Code § 52-3-502

Section 52-3-502 - Definitions

In this part, the following definitions apply:

(1) "Department" means the department of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201.

(2) "Older Montanan" means a resident of this state who is at least 60 years of age.
