Section 50-60-513 - Suspension or revocation of permit

The department of labor and industry may suspend or revoke a permit whenever it is issued in error or on the basis of incorrect information supplied or whenever work performed under the permit is in violation of any of the provisions of Title 37, chapter 69 or this part.
