Section 50-6-310 - Notice and hearing required(1) The department may not deny or cancel a license without: (a) delivery to the applicant or licensee of a written statement of the grounds for the denial or cancellation or the charge involved;(b) an opportunity to answer at a hearing before the department to show cause, if any, why the license should not be denied or canceled.(2) The licensee shall make written request to the department for a hearing within 10 days after notice of the grounds or charges has been received.En.
