Section 50-57-206 - License expiration - nontransferability(1) Except as provided in subsection (2), licenses expire on December 31 of the year in which they are issued unless canceled for cause.(2) If the board of review adopts a renewal date for licenses under this chapter, the licenses expire on the anniversary date established by rule by the board of review.(3) Licenses are not transferable.En.
