Section 50-32-225 - Criteria for placement of drug in Schedule IIIThe board shall place a drug in Schedule III if it finds that:
(1) the drug has a potential for abuse less than the drugs listed in Schedules I and II;(2) the drug has currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States; and(3) abuse of the drug may lead to moderate or low physical dependence or high psychological dependence.En.
