Section 41-3-1312 - [Terminates 6/30/2025] Full faith and credit

The state shall give full faith and credit to the public acts, records, judicial proceedings, and judgments of any Indian tribe that are applicable to Indian child custody proceedings. (Terminates June 30, 2025--sec. 55, Ch. 716, L. 2023.)
