Section 39-8-303 - Practice without license - investigation of complaint - injunction(1) The department shall investigate complaints concerning practice by an unlicensed person of activities for which a license is required under this chapter.(2) The department may file an action to enjoin a person from practicing without a license as a professional employer organization or group.En.
