Section 39-8-205 - Renewal fees(1) The fee for the renewal of a resident or nonresident unrestricted license is $750.(2) The fee for the renewal of a restricted license is $500.(3) The application fee required in 39-8-202 does not apply to the renewal of an unrestricted license.(4) Fees collected must be used by the department to implement this chapter.En.
