Section 39-51-703 - DefinitionsFor the purposes of this part, the following definitions apply:
(1) "Department of corrections" means the Montana department of corrections as provided in 2-15-2301.(2) "New hire records" means the directory of newly hired and rehired employees reported under state and federal law and managed by the department of labor and industry.(3) "Unemployment insurance rolls" means jobless workers receiving unemployment insurance benefits.Added by Laws 2021, Ch. 425,Sec. 3, eff. 5/14/2021.
