Mont. Code § 39-3-518
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
In event any person whose wages or salary has remained unpaid for 15 days or more after due shall bring suit as in 39-3-517 provided, the court shall assess as costs against the unsuccessful party a reasonable attorney's fee.
