Mont. Code § 37-40-301

Section 37-40-301 - License required

A person may not practice or offer to practice the profession of sanitarian as defined in this chapter or hold out to the public in any manner that the person is a licensed sanitarian unless the person is licensed and registered under the provisions of this chapter.
