Mont. Code § 37-2-302
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
A physician, nurse, or other person licensed to practice a health care profession who is treating the victim of a gunshot wound or stabbing shall as soon as is practicable make a report to a law enforcement officer by the fastest possible means.
