Section 37-18-803 - Veterinary retail facility - license required(1) A person, partnership, association, corporation, or limited liability company may not open, establish, operate, maintain, or do business as a veterinary retail facility without first obtaining a license from the board of pharmacy.(2) The board of pharmacy shall prescribe the license application form.(3) An application or renewal application must be accompanied by a fee set by board rule.(4) A license must be renewed annually.(5) Separate applications and separate permits are required for each veterinary retail facility opened, established, operated, or maintained by the same owner and for a change of location, name, or ownership of an existing veterinary retail facility.(6) The board may adopt rules to implement this section.Added by Laws 2023, Ch. 759,Sec. 3, eff. 7/1/2023.
