Section 37-16-202 - Powers and duties - licensed hearing aid dispenser program

The department may:

(1) adopt rules necessary to carry out this chapter;

(2) require the periodic inspection and calibration of audiometric testing equipment; and

(3) adopt minimum requirements for the form of bills of sale and receipts.
