Section 37-16-103 - ExemptionsThis chapter does not apply to a person who is:
(1) a physician licensed to practice by the state board of medical examiners;(2) engaged in the practice of fitting prescription hearing aids if the person's practice is part of the academic curriculum of an accredited institution of higher education or part of a program conducted by a public agency; or(3) licensed as an audiologist under the provisions of Title 37, chapter 15.Amended by Laws 2023, Ch. 483,Sec. 5, eff. 10/1/2023.En.
