Mont. Code § 37-11-201

Section 37-11-201 - General powers - rulemaking

The board may:

(1) adopt rules to implement this chapter;

(2) issue subpoenas requiring the attendance of witnesses or the production of books and papers; and

(3) take any other disciplinary action necessary to protect the public.
