Mont. Code § 33-2-215
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The provisions of this part applicable to a United States manager shall, in the case of insurers domiciled in Canada, be deemed to refer to the president, vice-president, secretary, or treasurer of such a Canadian insurer.
