Mont. Code § 33-2-206
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
An alien insurer using or proposing to use Montana as a state of entry to transact insurance in the United States, whether or not it is then authorized to transact insurance in this state, is authorized to make and execute any trust agreement required by this part.
