Section 32-2-830 - Loan production office - rulemaking(1) A mutual association may: (a) establish and maintain a loan production office only after giving notice to the department; or(b) relocate or close a loan production office after giving notice to its customers and the department.(2) The department may adopt rules to implement this section.Added by Laws 2021, Ch. 431,Sec. 15, eff. 10/1/2021.
