Section 32-1-901 - DefinitionsFor purposes of this part, the following definitions shall apply:
(1) "Board member" means a member of the board of directors of the institution.(2) "Cease and desist order which has become final" and "order which has become final" mean a cease and desist order or an order issued by the director with the consent of the institution or the board member, officer, or other person concerned, with respect to which: (a) a timely petition for review of the action of the director has not been filed in a district court as specified in 32-1-908(2); or(b) the action of the court in which a petition for review has been filed is not subject to further review by the courts of the state.(3) "Director" means the director of the department of administration.(4) "Institution" means a commercial bank, savings bank, trust company, or investment company chartered under Title 32, chapter 1.(5) "Violation" includes without limitation any action, alone or with others, causing, counseling, aiding, or abetting a violation.En.
