Section 31-4-125 - Regulatory oversight - rulemaking

The secretary of state is authorized to adopt rules and other policies in overseeing the practice of litigation financing consistent with this part.

§ 31-4-125, MCA

Added by Laws 2023, Ch. 360,Sec. 10, eff. 1/1/2024, and applicable to any civil action or administrative proceeding pending on or commenced after 1/1/2024.
