Section 30-23-106 - Enforcement(1) The attorney general has the sole authority to enforce this part.(2) The attorney general may initiate a civil enforcement action against a person for violation of this part.(3) In an action to enforce this part, the attorney general may recover: (a) actual damages to the consumer;(c) reasonable attorney fees; and(d) $2,500 for each violation of 30-23-104.Added by Laws 2023, Ch. 768,Sec. 6, eff. 10/1/2023.
