Current through the 2023 Regular Session
Prosecutions for violation of any provision of parts 1 through 5 are declared to be valid and proper, notwithstanding the existence of any other valid general or specific law of this state dealing with matters that may be the same as or similar to those covered by parts 1 through 5.
