Mont. Code § 30-12-505
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The department may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for, and that court upon hearing and for cause shown may grant, a temporary or permanent injunction restraining a person from violating any provision of parts 1 through 5 of this chapter.
