Section 27-2-303 - Actions for waste, trespass, or injury committed during mining work or exploration

When waste, trespass, or injury is committed by reason of underground work upon any mining claim or seismic exploration, location, spacing, drilling, equipping, producing, or other operation related to exploration or production of oil, gas, water, geothermal resources, or other minerals, the cause of action is not considered to have accrued until the discovery by the aggrieved party of the facts constituting such waste, trespass, or injury.
