Section 27-12-703 - Panel proceedings and decision privileged from disclosure in court actions(1) A panel member must not be called to testify in any proceeding concerning the deliberations, discussions, decisions, and internal proceedings of the panel.(2) A decision of the panel is not admissible as evidence in an action subsequently brought in a court of law.En.
