Section 23-5-154 - Soliciting participation in illegal gambling activity prohibitedA person who purposely or knowingly advertises for or solicits another person to participate in an illegal gambling enterprise or use an illegal gambling device is guilty of a misdemeanor and is punishable under 23-5-161.
