Section 22-2-701 - Traditional arts and crafts account - funding - use
(1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102 for the purchase and sale of traditional arts and crafts by American Indian master artists. Money may be deposited in the account through an allocation of money to the account or as provided in this section.
(2) Money in the account may be used only by the Montana arts council to purchase traditional arts and crafts by American Indian master artists and to make the arts and crafts available for resale. Money generated through the sale of traditional arts and crafts must be deposited into the account.
