Section 2-17-511 - Chief information officer - dutiesThe duties of the chief information officer include but are not limited to:
(1) carrying out all powers and duties of the department as assigned by the director of the department;(2) serving as the chief policy advisor to the director of the department on statewide information technology issues; and(3) assisting and advising the director of the department on the enforcement responsibilities provided in 2-17-514.En.
