Section 2-15-411 - Commissioner of political practices(1) There is a commissioner of political practices who is appointed as provided in 13-37-102.(2) The office of the commissioner is attached to the office of the secretary of state for administrative purposes only, as specified in 2-15-121, except that the provisions of subsections (1)(b), (1)(c), (2)(a), (2)(b), (2)(d), (2)(e), and (3)(a) of 2-15-121 do not apply.En. 23-4785 by Sec. 10, Ch. 480, L. 1975; amd.
