Section 2-15-3114 - [Effective 7/1/2029] Funding of programs - contingency

The awarding of grants and reimbursements and the performance of duties pursuant to 2-15-3111 through 2-15-3113 are contingent upon the amount of money available in the accounts provided for in 81-1-110 through 81-1-113. (Terminates June 30, 2029--sec. 3, Ch. 20, L. 2023.)
