Section 2-15-2203 - Board of public assistance - allocation - quasi-judicial(1) There is a board of public assistance.(2) The board is allocated to the department for administrative purposes only as prescribed in 2-15-121.(3) The board consists of three members appointed by the governor as prescribed in 2-15-124, except that an employee of the department of public health and human services may not be appointed to the board.(4) The board is designated as a quasi-judicial board for purposes of 2-15-124.
