Section 2-15-1741 - Board of psychologists(1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of psychologists.(2) The board consists of six members: (a) two psychologists engaged in private practice;(b) one psychologist engaged in public health;(c) one psychologist engaged in the teaching of psychology;(d) one behavior analyst; and(3) The board is allocated to the department as prescribed in 2-15-121.Amended by Laws 2023, Ch. 620,Sec. 16, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by Laws 2017, Ch. 425,Sec. 1, eff. 10/1/2017.En.
